Dr. Orlando Buria serves as the administrator of WSCS.
Dr. Buria holds a B.S. degree with three majors (math, physical science, and biology) and two minors (English and Spanish). He holds an M.S. degree in science education and both an Ed.S. and a Ph.D. in educational administration.
He has taught high school classes for 29 years, served as an assistant school administrator for 5 years, and as the head administrator for a Christian school for 6 years. During that time he also served as a college professor (25 years) and as a college administrator (23 years).
Dr. Buria has a strong desire to see young people strive for excellence and to learn to honor the Lord with their lives.
He plans to use his leadership skills and innovative spirit to continue the role of WSCS as a leader in Christian education in Western New York. | |
